A custom-fit ear mold that reduces complications and doctor visits


NeoMold's ear molding device is a singular component and completely 3D-printed. The back splint is the key component that differentiates us from our competition since it is designed to contain the contours of each patient's ear and fit snugly around the ear. The pillars are connected to the helical rim splint and fold over the helical rim to hold the cartilage in place to reshape the helical rim. The helical rim splint is intended to reshape the curvature of the helical rim. An optional headband or beanie can placed on the baby's head and over the device to provide additional security.


The Treatment Process

If a child has an ear deformity, the parents should schedule an appointment with their child's physician. The physician will schedule a consultion and provide parents with treatment details. If the parents decide to proceed with treatment, the physician will initiate the following treatment process:
